Real/Surreal

Layers of foil printed with architectural motifs cover many old buildings in Moscow and raise questions of Real/Surreal. To address these questions in this artistic work, experiments began with superimposing different layers.
I printed my black-and-white photographs from Moscow on found footage (brochures, newspaper pages, etc.). Harsh reality overlays the beautiful illusion of advertising.
